COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility to participate: All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and residents of the UK are eligible to participate. Participation period: The competition begins on 1st April and ends on 31st December, 2025. Participation requirements: To participate in the competition, the following steps must be completed: 1) Find a golden sticker on your purchased TIMAC AGRO block. 2) Complete the entry form on our competition landing page. 3) Upload a photo in which the golden sticker is clearly visible. Participation rules: Each golden sticker gives one opportunity to participate, therefore, you can enter the prize draw every time you find a golden sticker. Participation is only possible if the entry form has been completed in full and a photo has been uploaded on which the sticker is clearly identifiable. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The organiser (TIMAC AGRO UK) reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of suspected manipulation or violations of the conditions of participation. Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the competition will only be used to carry out the competition, unless explicit consent has been given to the use of the data for other advertising purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties without the express consent of the participant. Other provisions: Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation.
